At Luminous Med Spa and Wellness, our goal is to create a space where you feel cared for, relaxed, and supported from the moment you arrive. To help us serve you and all of our clients in the best way possible, we have a few simple policies in place. Thank you for taking the time to read them, your understanding helps us take great care of you, our team, and our community.
Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be made online, by email, text or by phone, please be sure to have a confirmation notice to secure your appointment. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy a calm start to your visit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We completely understand that life happens and plans can change. We always want to be as accommodating as possible, and the best way to do that is with a little notice.
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are also family members, parents, and caregivers. When you give us at least 24-48 hours notice, it allows us to adjust schedules, make the best use of everyone’s time, and often offer your spot to another client who may be waiting.
No-shows are subject to full or partial

Late Arrivals
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please understand that your appointment may need to be adjusted to keep the day flowing smoothly for everyone. The full service fee will still apply.
No-Shows
We kindly ask that you honor your scheduled appointment time. If a client does not show up for their appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged. This allows us to respect the time of our team and ensure availability for other guests who may be waiting.
Payments & Gift Certificates
We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash.
Gift certificates are available for purchase online and in spa. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
Health & Safety
Your health is always our priority. Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments so we can provide the safest and most effective care. Some services may not be suitable during pregnancy or for certain conditions, we’ll always guide you honestly.
Products, Returns & Exchanges
We carefully select high-quality products for your treatments and home care. For health and safety reasons, all products are non-refundable.
If you have any issues or questions about a product you’ve purchased, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always here to help guide you and make sure you feel confident in your home care routine.
Spa Etiquette
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of our spa, we kindly ask that you silence your phone during your visit. For the comfort and relaxation of all guests, we ask that you use a softer spa voice. We also ask that young children not accompany you to appointments for everyone's comfort and safety.

All client information and treatment history is kept strictly confidential. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your comfort at all times.
